* Only completed and signed forms with a deposit will be considered valid!
* In the case of tie bids, J. J. Keating will execute the first received
absentee bid.
* Marking + 1 on the third column gives J. J. Keating the right to execute one
more bid exceeding the top limit if a competitor bids that number.
J. J. Keating Inc. will not be held responsible for failing to execute any
absentee bids.
* If you intend to bid, please indicate on this form, including the lot numbers
on which you intend to bid. Make sure to include your phone number.
* You may also FAX your signed bid forms to 207-985-2583.
* J.J. Keating requires a deposit in-hand equal to 20% of the maximum hammer
bid, secured by cash, bank check, money order or YOUR valid
MasterCard or Visa to accompany this absentee bid.
* A credit card number is required in any case.
* A 17 1/2 % buyer’s premium will apply to all purchases if paid by credit card,
discounted to 15 % if paid by cash or good check.
* All successful absentee and phone bidders must pay their balance within 72
hours of the auction’s conclusion. If no payment is made, the credit card will
be used as payment.
* All successful bidders will be called the day following the auction sale to
inform them of their successful bids.
Special Shipping Note: All persons participating in J.J. Keating Auctions, whether in person, phone bidding, or absentee bidding, will be required to make their own shipping arrangements with Mr. Bill Gallant of “MAIL-IT UNLIMITED”.
